Scorecards Evaluations
Knowing “what you got for what you spent” is key to moving quickly to improve programs. Our Scorecards span multiple programs, tactics and channels:
- Retail (frequent shopper card, shelf talkers, Catalina, Rx Edge, etc.)
- In-Office (brochures, tear-pads, HAN, etc.)
- In-Home (DR-Print, DR-TV, direct mail, etc.)
- Online (Brand sites, WebMD, banner ads, pay-for-performance, etc.).
A key feature of our approach is that all these programs are evaluated in the same format allowing for apples to apples internal and external comparisons. PILM carefully tracks program costs, timing, circulation, and other necessary ROI inputs. We regularly update the Scorecards to identify program strengths and weaknesses, enabling the brand to make course corrections and reallocate budget accordingly.
